Responsible use

You must use Checkory lawfully, responsibly and only for documents you are authorised to process.

• You must have the right and authority to upload and process any document you submit.
• Do not upload unnecessary sensitive personal data or confidential third-party data unless you are authorised.

Prohibited uses

The following uses are prohibited.

• Uploading illegal, stolen, leaked, confidential third-party or unauthorised documents.
• Uploading malware or harmful files.
• Using Checkory for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing or privacy-invasive activity.
• Attempting to obtain regulated legal services from Checkory or relying on it as a lawyer.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, automated abuse, security bypassing or rate-limit circumvention.
• Security testing without written authorisation.
• Misrepresenting AI outputs as lawyer-certified or official legal advice.

Enforcement

Checkory may remove content, suspend accounts, restrict access, report abuse where legally required and preserve evidence where required.
